Everything an investor checks, ready before they ask for it.
In 6–8 weeks you have the strategy, tokenomics, and investor documentation a serious raise needs – built as one system, by one team, from one source of truth.
Who it’s for
You’re getting ready to raise.
You’re raising from angels, family offices or VCs. The product is built or close to it, and you’re funded enough to get there, bootstrapped or backed by an early round.
If your round also has a retail component, presale, public sale or launchpad, Traction runs alongside it.
What’s included
01
Strategy & Positioning
6–8 weeks
A value proposition that survives the first five minutes.
We assess your project the way a VC would, then build the foundation to pass. Weekly working sessions of 45 to 120 minutes cover business model, value proposition, market segmentation, competitor landscape, USPs and macro trends. The positioning comes out of market data and what we’ve seen work across 60+ projects, sharpened with you until you can defend every part of it with confidence.
You get: an honest readiness assessment with the blind spots named, a prioritised roadmap to raise readiness, and a founding team telling one story outside the building.
Deliverables: Investor Readiness Scorecard, delivered early · Strategy Master Document (PowerPoint and PDF) as your validated source of truth · structured transcripts of every session · ongoing chat support and on-demand calls.
02
Tokenomics
2–6 weeks, parallel
A token model that’s sustainable and passes due diligence.
We model your token economy end to end – allocation and vesting, valuation, sale rounds, emissions, launch mechanics, utility and value capture, governance – then stress-test it against the scenarios investors, exchanges and market makers run.
You get: real utility that gives people a reason to use and hold the token, a value-accrual story an investor can follow with the mechanics behind it, and supply and unlock schedules that hold up under scrutiny.
Deliverables: token utilities and qualitative write-up (8–10 pages) · full tokenomics model – emissions, allocations, circulating supply, market-cap evolution, scenario analysis, charts · designed investor-ready litepaper (max 8 pages, PDF).

↗AuBIT · vesting structureLitepaper / token model excerpt
A chart compares cliff and vesting lengths across the team, advisors, sale phases, partners, rewards, grants, foundation, operations and liquidity.
03
Investor Documentation
2–4 weeks per document
The whole package, told as one story.
The whole package is built from the same source of truth so every document tells one story.
Pitch Deck · ~2 weeks
A first impression that earns the next conversation – sent cold, shared as a follow-up, or presented live. Investors follow the narrative and reach the ask already leaning in. Storyboard approved before production, 10–20 slides with hand-crafted copy and visuals, up to 5 iteration cycles.
Whitepaper · ~4 weeks
Written to the compliance standard of the markets you raise in, so you stay listable and clear legal diligence with less time and cost. From mid-2026 an EU offer needs one, and exchanges can refuse to list – or later delist – without it. 15–30 pages (Word and PDF), MiCA-aligned structuring with our licensed legal partners, optional regulatory review. Final sign-off stays with your counsel.
Data Room · ~2 weeks
Clean, indexed and complete, so diligence keeps moving and the deal keeps its momentum. Core documents cross-checked against each other for narrative and numbers, plus a diligence checklist covering what to add beyond our deliverables: incorporation documents, audits, legal opinions, cap table.

04
Public Presence
~2 weeks, parallel
Channels that hold up when an investor looks you up.
Investors check your channels before they reply. Half-finished profiles make a serious project look sloppy. This is the setup: channels and founder profiles, built once and ready to use.
You get: channels and founder profiles that read as a real operation, and a clear path from your profile to your deck, your product, or your community.
Deliverables: workshop covering audience, channels, tone and messaging · complete setup across X, LinkedIn, Telegram and Discord · configured link hub · content kit with profile and banner assets per channel plus 3–5 post templates in your branding · 4–6 launch-ready posts, copy and finished creative.

What comes after
Public Presence sets your channels up. It doesn’t run them.
Once you’ve raised, most founders want content going out weekly and a community that’s actually alive. That’s the Traction Retainer. Month to month, starting whenever you’re ready.
