Moritz Schwarzmann

Co-Founder and CEO

Moritz worked as a management consultant for Bertelsmann and E.ON before founding Web3 Factory in 2021. With a degree in Economics and a passion for entrepreneurship, he spearheads the development of Web3 Factory, provides strategic guidance, and supports hands-on wherever possible.

Marcel Gerber

Chief Marketing Officer

With a background as head of social media for technology giant Razer, Marcel plans and executes marketing campaigns for our clients. His expertise is tailored to tokenized ventures and broader Web3 projects, including social media marketing, community management, influencer activation, and industry-specific growth hacks.

Lukas Philipp

Co-Founder and CFO

Lukas studied International Finance in his hometown of Frankfurt and co-founded several established DAOs backed by accelerators and investors. At Web3 Factory, he is the organizational talent managing most of our back-office operations.

Giorgio Manzi

Project Lead Tokenomics

As a former Deloitte consultant, Giorgio helped companies like Ferrari and Kraft-Heinz achieve their goals. As Web3 Factory’s tokenomics Project Lead, he crafts sustainable tokenomics models for crypto and NFT projects. With a master’s in Blockchain Technology and Management, Giorgio is passionate about empowering organizations to thrive in this industry.

Christopher Bläsing

Consultant

Chris is a marketing expert with a background in Marketing and Management from Bayer and HWR Berlin. While his primary focus at Web3 Factory is community management and culture building, he is also a self-taught AI and automation wizard, offering unique insights and cutting-edge strategies.

Roland Kähler

Consultant

Roland has a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and influencer campaigns. He’s co-founded multiple ventures, gaining hands-on experience in operations and organic marketing across platforms like Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter. At Web3 Factory, Roland drives impactful marketing strategies, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and deliver measurable results for Web3 clients.

Roberto Lazar

Blockchain Developer

Having created over 100 decentralized applications, Roberto is an expert blockchain developer, coding primarily in Solidity and Rust. At Web3 Factory, he orchestrates successful token presales, develops backend infrastructure for projects, and contributes to the DeFi ecosystem with innovative solutions.

Dr. Philipp Philippen

Advisor Investor Relations

With a degree in Psychology and a strong background in Tier 1 corporate consulting, Dr. Philipp Philippen has specialized in digital transformation, marketing automation, and sales. After leading several product development teams and managing funding rounds, he now helps connect promising Web3 projects with the right investors.

Dr. Mozeff Nasereddin

Advisor Investor Relations

Mozeff holds a triple-subject doctorate from Loughborough University and leads the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre at Middle East University. He is a portfolio manager for YAN Group in the UK and has functioned as a fractional CMO for various blockchain projects before joining Web3 Factory. He now advises clients on financing options, conducts due diligence, and fosters strategic partnerships.
