Scope of work

ME3 engaged us with the primary task of evaluating their tokenomics. Our responsibilities were identifying areas for improvement in both the token utilities and the token allocations & release schedule, as well as crafting a Tokenomics Litepaper.

The Outcome

After reviewing their tokenomics, we advised ME3 to improve on several small but crucial business model-related factors. For instance, we proposed an optimized on- and off-ramping fee structure and a more sustainable mechanism to reward liquidity providers. Our proposed improvements make the ME3 ecosystem more sustainable by reducing inflationary pressures and incentivizing desired user behavior.

After working out all potential flaws that we discovered at that point and addressing them with the team, we developed a Tokenomics Litepaper, which we linked below for you to read. Our updated Litepaper was presented to numerous investors and has helped the team raise funds in the current pre-ICO round.

Follow-up Engagement

Our collaboration with ME3 has been extended as we support their marketing and fundraising efforts and forge promising partnerships within our network. We look forward to supporting ME3 on further assignments as we approach the ICO.

Lukas

Head of Tokenomics

Lukas is a Startup enthusiast with a passion for Web3 technology. He studied International Finance in his hometown Frankfurt and has an extensive knowledge in asset- and risk management, portfolio theory, and investment analysis. Since 2021, he co-founded and exited a consulting- and development firm and has co-founded several DAOs backed by established accelerators like Polygon ventures. At Web3 Factory, Lukas leverages his expertise in tokenomics and governance to help projects design and optimize their token economies and governance models.

Joshua

ICO strategy

Joshua is at the heart of several successful ICOs, helping clients raise upwards of USD 1 million despite difficult market conditions. While he has a degree in traditional finance, his strategies are based largely on hands-on experience and exchange with project founders. From building a strong community all the way to public listing – he just knows how to make it happen.

Simon

Marketing & PR

Simon has studied politics and previously worked for Havas, a global communication and marketing powerhouse. Based on his experience he later founded “Der Korrekturfuchs”, a copywriting and marketing agency, and now supports Web3 Factory as Head of Marketing.
